Artec expands field service & in house repair capability

Artec is pleased to announce the addition of two service technicians to its staff.

15 July, 07 Brian Heath will join Artec as an in-house and field service technician. Brian will undergo a training program that will include time in residence overseas and working in the assembly and testing area of various gear manufacturing facilities. Brian will also attend an American Gear Manufacturers Association AGMA training school program. Brian comes with 6 years of mechanic technician experience.

1 September, 07 Bruno Pfister will also join Artec as an in-house and field service technician. Bruno has prior experience in gear services but will undergo additional training at Artec supporting Artec’s own in-house repair and fieldwork program.

Both gentlemen will report to John B. Amendola 3d P.E. who has overall technical responsibility for service, repair, and retrofits. This adds depth and capacity to our engineering personnel both in the field and in-house.
